Located just 200 meters from the charming and peaceful village of Kamilari, Koa Villa I is here to offer you the tranquility of nature. The 2,800m2 property spreads over 3 levels and can comfortably accommodate 6 guests in its 3 bedrooms. The location of the villa, which is situated close to the famous Matala and the archaeological site of Phaistos, is one of its key features. Koa Villa II is part of the Koa Villas complex.

Ground Floor


Walking into the first floor, you will find an open space area, gifted with natural lighting coming within. In this space, you will find the living room area which features a comfortable corner sofa and a 50" TV. A fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances accompanied with a 6 seater dining table, to make a self-catered holiday seem effortless. On the first floor, you will also find a common bathroom with a sink and a toilet, for easy access.


Strolling down to the ground floor of Koa Villa I, you will find the master bedroom with a king-size bed (1,60x2,00). Featuring direct access to the outdoor area, which has a coffee table accompanied by two chairs, to enjoy your morning coffee with the sounds of nature. This room also features an en-suite bathroom with a stand-up shower, a self-controlled A/C, a closet, and a 43" TV.


Located right next to the master bedroom, you will find the second en-suite bedroom. This bedroom features two twin-size beds (0,90x2,00), which can be joined together to form a queen-size bed (1,80x2,00). This room also features direct outdoor access, an en-suite bathroom with a stand-up shower, a self-controlled A/C, a closet, and a 32" TV.


On the lower floor, you will find a queen size bedroom (1,60x2,00) with ample space which features a self-controlled A/C, a closet, and a desk area.

The exterior of Koa Villa I covers 1,300 m2 and offers many facilities including:


- A private, 47 sq.m. swimming pool, 1.5 m deep with step access.


- The pool area is equipped with sun beds, side tables, a poolside shower and umbrellas


- BBQ facilities with Gas grill
