Welcome to your new holiday home in Shoreditch, this stylish London apartement is located in the midsts of Shoreditch’s bustling attractions. Accessible from Angel and Old street tubes in (under 10 minutes walking ), the apartment is bright modern and quiet and cosy in contrast with its spirited surrounding areas day and night. Perfect for couples students , families and friends, the apartment and its surroundings caters for all. Majority of residents in the building are elderly so I asked to be respectful and keep all noise to a minimum.

Many happy experiences with vrbo over the years... this was by far our worst.... poor directions of location, poor communication, no welcome binder explaining how to operate the various appliances or where things in the community is located.. broken windows, broken flooring, broken sinks, etc. Etc. stains on floors, dirty in general, misleading description of the building and area, very noisy and on and on...

Bad Communication

On the day of arrival I needed to message the host multiple times just to receive the arrival information. Did not get the info until 1 hour before check in. When she sent it, it had the wrong lock box code. Had to stand outside with our luggage waiting for a response for a half hour before the right code was sent.

STAY AWAY !! DISHONEST AND MISREPRESENTS PROPERTY

Do not waste your time or money on this property! The hosts are dishonest and misrepresent their property.Arrangements were made in advance to get into property 2 hours early. We were told it would be ready and cleaned for our early arrival. When we arrived there was no key in the lock box. Hosts told us the cleaners had mistakenly taken it, and we had to wait outside over 2 hours! Finally, we were told that the cleaners were back with the key, but it was hosts parents who let us in, there was never a cleaner who had taken the key!! The property had not been cleaned in a long time. Bathroom counters covered with grim, toothpaste, soap, tables smeared and unclean, dust everywhere. Broken window, dirty floor, On top of that, in a modern city like London, it is not necessary to put toilet paper in a waste paper basket, but there are signs in both bathroom to not flush toilet paper, put in waste paper basket. The next morning we had no hot water! Finally we were told there was a protocol for turning the hot water on. It should have been turned on for us before we got there, however, no documentation about that any where in unit, but there was for toilet paper! We had rented this unit for 7 nights, and after the dishonesty, gas lighting from the host, the unsanitary condition of the property, we made other arrangements and left. We have reported the condition of the unit to VRBO and the dishonesty of the hosts. The hosts have refused to give refund and claim unit is livable

Grandparents & Grandchildren Explore London & Paris

Clean lots of bedrooms for privacy for 8 of us! Kitchen & living room area were clean and bright with plenty of items to use for cooking. Close to bus stops & Tube - just needed better directions for exactly which flat it was & how to get there from airport and how to travel to & from central downtown - We figured it all out but it would have been nice to know ahead, we may have done things differently. Tesco express store close, Aldi market by the Old Street subway station so we could get food water and drinks for the week. We asked for information ahead of our trip & heard nothing. Day of arrival, were told they were not sure we were coming - so the place was not ready? Address given took us to a different building -Also, find a better address for this location, we were lead to a building named allenhouse or something - It is on Murray Grove street and pictures of each of the things would be helpful in your description. We found the location by the photo's in your listing of the actual outside of the building and when you finally sent the check in instructions, we could locate the exact door. when we arrive the key was not in the box because the cleaner was still there and when someone else let us into the stairway, we went up and couldn't get him to answer. Once the host got in touch with him he let us in and was very pleasant and told us a few things that were helpful and interesting - so that would be my only suggestion, better communication ahead of time. This area is really the definition of London. It’s quirky, friendly and has so many lovely coffee shops and restaurants. It also has really great access into London if you wanted to site see and experience London to the fullest!

This beautiful 4 bed apartment is fully refurbished and just had fresh wallpaper installed. It is a great location for your stay in London with great transport links into all areas of London including many tourist attractions. It is a very homely property with a large balcony area. In the dining area there is a dining table and sofa where you will be able to relax. Netflix platform is also on the tv.
