Outside, there is an enclosed rear garden with lawn, furniture, fire pit, and off-road parking for two cars. Highchair and travel cot available. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. The village itself has good local facilities with a small supermarket and selelction of shops and also a very popular fish and chip shop! There are a couple of local Inns where good food is served using fresh local produce along with an extensive wine list and local beers. The Balmedie Beach & Country Park is open all the year round and provides a childrens play area and picnic areas along with the wide and very clean beach, ideal for sunbathing and swimmers.
