Welcome to my home!
This flat is located in one of Dublin's old Georgian buildings and it can sleep up to 2 people comfortably.
This ground-floor apartment is fitted with a comfy sofa that can be turned into a single sofa bed, you can relax in the living room after a busy day of exploring the city. The flat also has multiple windows throughout the space, allowing you to enjoy the sunlight from the comfort of your home!
The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you will need to whip up a delicious meal. It also includes a washing machine and a coffee maker.
The bedroom contains a comfy king XL-sized bed with hotel-quality linens and multiple storage spaces.
The bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up such as a shower, a toilet, and a sink. Fresh towels and free toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience.
The flat is always professionally cleaned and sanitized for your health and safety.

Part of Dublins inner city, this area is undergoing much development. There are plenty of late opening mini-markets for all your essential, a few tasty independent restaurants. a short 5 minute walk away is Blessington Basin, a nice park to have a coffee and watch ducks and birds. T Huge Lane Art Gallery and the national Garden of Remembrance are just a short walk from the front door.
The property is within very close proximity to Dublin's city centre and all it has to offer. O'Connell Street is a mere 5-minute walk from the property while Trinity College is just 15 minutes walk. Located at one end of Nelson Street is the Mater Hospital while Temple Street Children's Hospital and the Rotunda Hospital are also short walks away. There are a number of bus routes passing nearby and the Luas is just a 10-minute walk.
This is a self-check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. Check-in can be done from 15:00, pending availability and confirmation. If you require additional cleans/ linens during your stay for a fee, please contact us.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €500 smoking fee, at a minimum.
We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
