The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery, featuring a stove, an oven, and a microwave.
For added convenience, the property has a washer, a clothes dryer, and ironing equipment to meet your laundry needs.
The bathroom contains all the essentials for your convenience, including clean towels, a hair dryer, and complimentary toiletries.
The studio is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Rua do Almada is one of the bustling streets in the heart of Porto. It's known for its lively atmosphere, lined with shops, cafes, restaurants, and historic buildings. The street is centrally located, making it a popular spot for locals and tourists alike to explore and enjoy the vibrant culture of Porto. With its charming cobblestone pavement and unique architecture, Rua do Almada offers a delightful experience for anyone visiting the city.
The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.
The nearest subway station, Trindade, is just a 5-minute walk.
Francisco SĂĄ Carneiro Airport is a 20-minute drive from the property.
This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.
Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a âŹ200 smoking fee at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80âŹ.
For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
Extra keys: 20⏠(extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30⏠(Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
