Atico Carlota is only 5 minutes away from one of the most important tourist areas of Tenerife: Playa Las Americas.
It is known for its natural and artificial beaches, its lively nightlife and for being an ideal place for surfing. Here you can practice all kinds of water activities such as scuba diving, snorkelling, paddle surfing or take a boat trip to admire the whales and dolphins swimming in the open sea.
On the long Avenida de Las Americas you will find a variety of shopping centres and restaurants.
