The location of our flat is unbeatable, you will be right in the centre, you will have everything at hand to enjoy the city without the need for public transport or taxis.

Our accommodation is located in the heart of Zaragoza, it is unusual that in it we find outside noises, but due to its unbeatable location YOU MAY FIND OCCASIONAL NOISE FROM OUTSIDE DUE TO THE TRAFFIC OF PEOPLE AND LOCAL BUSINESSES
You will stay in a duplex with elevator access, fully renovated with two floors inside connected by stairs.
Distribution of places:
1. Double room with double bed.
2. Double room with double bed.
3. Single sofa bed.
Extra guest after check-in 60âŹ/day.
The house must be picked up, otherwise an extra cleaning fee will be charged to the guest.
Pets are allowed with a 50⏠cost per stay as long as they behave appropriately and do NOT use the beds and sofa out of respect for the following guests. Extra pet after check in 150âŹ/stay
No parties or events are allowed in the accommodation.
Smoking is not permitted. It will carry a penalty of 150 euros.
The noise levels and sleeping hours of the adjoining neighbours must be respected.
Failure to comply with the rules will result in immediate cancellation or financial penalties.
It is compulsory to fill in the documentation of the guests as indicated by the Spanish authorities of accommodation, with the data of the DNI/Passport in the link that we will send you.
Damage to the following amenities will cost:

In case of damage or breakage of the lock of the entrance door to the accommodation will entail a penalty of 700 euros.
