A little paradise in the heart of the nightlife, the open space penthouse with a terrace on the floor overlooking the roofs of the historic Genoese buildings!
Definitely a special open space that combines bohemian taste with refined interiors and all COMFORT, including ELEVATOR. Free WI-FI, AIR CONDITIONING and WASHING MACHINE.
Terrazzaconvista is a welcoming penthouse, very bright and equipped with every comfort. The comfortable and modern kitchenette is complete with fridge with freezer, microwave, cooker, dishes, pots, cutlery, wine glasses. The bathroom has a light shower and bidet. There is air conditioning and heating and the washing machine is placed in a convenient outdoor space.
An armoured door and high density fittings guarantee excellent soundproofing from any outside noise, as well as incredible brightness.
But it is the terrace that will make you fall in love. Sitting there admiring the rooftops of the old city is a magical experience that makes you feel an integral part of the city. It is the ideal place to enjoy an early breakfast or to relax with a glass of wine at sunset, to be enchanted by the spectacle of colours or to admire the stars under a perfect night sky.
But I suggest you go out and enjoy the variety of lively restaurants and clubs in Piazza delle Erbe, just behind the house, to taste the Genoese delicacies, starting with the legendary pesto, famous all over the world.
The central location of Terrazzaconvista is an undeniable advantage: its proximity to the Aquarium, the Porto Antico, the Palazzo Ducale and places of artistic interest, as well as the metro (100 metres), which connects it to the main stations in just two stops, make the penthouse truly unmissable!
