The property enjoys a private swimming pool and a large sun terrace providing the ideal choice for a peaceful retreat with family and friends, the property comfortably sleeps eight guests.  

Guests can enjoy alfresco meals on the terrace or relax in the comfortable living room that is furnished with two comfortable sofas, a coffee table and a flat-screen TV. The separate kitchen diner is equipped with; a cooker hob, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a coffee machine, a fridge freezer and a dining table.

The property is located in the hills a 10-minute drive from the beautiful beaches and seafront promenade of La Cala de Mijas, halfway between the bustling cities of Marbella (a 27-minute drive) and Fuengirola (a 20-minute drive). The city of Malaga is a 40-minute drive.

The surrounding area is a paradise for golf enthusiasts, with several world-class golf courses situated between 10-15 minutes drive away from the accommodation. Golfers can also enjoy challenging courses with panoramic views of the mountains and the sea, including La Cala Golf Resort, Santana Golf, and Mijas Golf International.

Nearby marinas such as Puerto Banús (a 28-minute drive) and Puerto Marina (a 35-minute drive) offer opportunities for boat trips, yacht charters, and water sports activities such as fishing, sailing, and scuba diving. There are also several restaurants and supermarkets between a 10-15-minute drive away.
