Nestled within 80 acres of Mid-Devon woodland, this beautiful countryside lodge welcomes friends and family to come and enjoy its spacious, open-plan living area warmed by a crackling wood burner and private garden overlooking the surrounding countryside, where outdoor dining is a must on warm, sunny days.

Enter through the glass-fronted entrance into the lounge/kitchen/diner, an area flooded with natural light from floor-to-ceiling windows. The lounge has two comfortable sofas, an armchair, and a wood burner, perfect for cosy movie nights on the Smart TV. The well-appointed country-style kitchen provides everything needed to whip up a storm, while the dining table comfortably seats all, allowing you to create memorable mealtimes with loved ones. After countryside walks, you''ll appreciate the utility room at the rear entrance, and there''s also a separate cloakroom. You''ll find two bright and breezy bedrooms at one end of the lodge. The master bedroom features a super-king zip-and-link bed that can be made into two singles upon request, while the second bedroom hosts a king-size bed. Both bedrooms are equipped with Smart TVs. Completing this wonderful home is the contemporary family bathroom. Outside, the patio features comfortable outdoor seating, a fire pit, and a charcoal BBQ, perfect for enjoying an al fresco breakfast or evening tipple surrounded by the sounds of nature. The 20 acres of the estate are yours to explore freely, including a fishing lake.

Enjoy walks on the grounds and beyond, including the Two Moors Way (2 miles), which meanders through a rural landscape teeming with wildlife. Nearby market towns and picturesque villages such as Witheridge (2 miles), Tiverton (10 miles) and the bustling city of Exeter (24 miles) offer a taste of Devonshire hospitality, or enjoy days out in the national parks of Dartmoor (20 miles) and Exmoor (11 miles), perfect for walking or cycling through awe-inspiring landscapes.
