About 15 km south of Syracuse is the seaside resort and at the same time holiday home settlement of the Syracuse province called Fontane Bianche. Almost all holiday houses located here are used by locals almost only during the summer season. Fontane Bianche alternates sandy beaches with picturesque rocky coastlines at the foot of the cliff path walk and can be considered one of the most popular and finest beach resorts of the area of Syracuse. The beach resort guarantees a regular bus connection with Syracuse every 90 minutes.

Distances from Apt. MareLuna: next simple shopping within about 1,0 km, bar about 1,0 km, restaurant and pizzeria about 1,0 km, bus stop about 400 m, newspaper kiosk about 1,0 km (summer time only). A mall (open from Monday to Sunday) and Lidl are in Avola and Syracuse.

Less than 700 m from the rocky coast, located on one of the most enchanting bays of Fontane Bianche, with crystal clear waters offering ideal diving conditions and just under two minutes' drive from the white sandy beach, this beautiful property is located within a very well-kept plot of approximately 850 sqm. The apartment provided for a total of five people is set on the first floor of a newly built Mediterranean villa with a saltwater infinity pool (10x4 m, 1.40 m deep, open from 01.05 to 31.10).

The lower floor is occupied by the owner, who does not always use it as his residence during the low and medium seasons. The owner will not influence the privacy of the guests.

Access to the apartment is via a separate door after passing through a shared pedestrian gate.

The property's very well-kept garden, filled with ornamental plants, offers a magnificent saltwater infinity pool inside, equipped with a solarium. Pleasant moments of relaxation can be enjoyed here. The owner will not use the pool together with the guests, so that they can use the pool freely. An outdoor shower with hot water as well as garden furniture and a small outdoor grill are also available.

Parking space inside the property. A rental car is recommended for the duration of your stay.
Eighteen comfortable steps, divided into two flights of stairs, lead to the apartment on the first floor with a living space of 85 square meters. This is lovingly and comfortably furnished for five people.
The bright living room with large glass doors offers a kitchenette with four gas stoves, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, an electric oven, a microwave and a coffee machine with capsules (you have to buy the capsules yourself). A classic espresso maker is also available. A small sofa and a flat screen are also included in the same setting.

From the kitchen you can directly reach the apartment's gem in the form of a terrace with a parasol, dining table and seating, which is ideal for outdoor dining on pleasant summer evenings. Even breakfast will take on a different taste from here.
A bedroom with a double bed and air conditioning and a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed and air conditioning represent the five sleeping options in the house. The mattresses are of excellent quality. Both bedrooms have a small balcony.
The spacious bathroom consists of a bathtub, toilet and bidet completes the apartment's space. The washing machine is also located here.
A hairdryer and a Wi-Fi connection are also part of the basic equipment of the house. A portable cot and high chair are available and included in the price. Please inquire when booking (!).
