F Tale country house is a beautiful cottage nestled in the Bolognese countryside. Peace, nature and silence reign supreme. At the same time, the location is strategic because it is close to the highway exit.
F Tale country house is a portion of a semi-detached villa with a large, well-kept garden, that can host 4 people. On the ground floor you find a bright living area with a comfortable and fully equipped kitchen, a dining area and sitting area with TV and fireplace; a bathroom completes this living area.
On the first floor there are two spacious and bright bedrooms, one with a large walk-in wardrobe; both rooms have a desk for smart working and a magnificent view of the Bolognese countryside. The two rooms share a large bathroom with shower, in the corridor on the same floor.
Itâs the perfect solution if you have work commitments in Bologna or Ferrara without sacrificing privacy and tranquility, or if you are visiting Emilia and you are looking for a strategic point to return to in the evening to enjoy the garden in summer or the fireplace and warm atmosphere in winter.
F This country house is in Malalbergo, in the countryside between Altedo and Minerbio. It is equipped with air conditioning, mosquito nets and wifi throughout the villa. We welcome animals. Itâs only 3 km away from one of the best traditional Bolognese restaurants, which can provide take-aways for our guests.
The name âF Taleâ derives from the intertwining of names of the ownersâ family, who have experienced wonderful times in this cottage, and who are now happy to share it with their guests. The owner Tiziana personally welcomes the guests and is at their disposal during their stay.
The gardener will have access to the garden to carry out regular green maintenance work.
