Summary:
You'll instantly fall in love with this charming 18 sqm studio nestled in the heart of the 15th district and at 15 minutes walk from the Eiffel Tower.
This luminous studio is very well equipped, offering everything you need for a comfortable stay : TV, kitchen (microwave, stove...), washing machine. It can accommodate up to 2 guests with its cozy double bed. Please note that the ceiling height in the bathroom is only 183cm.
The flat is a perfect HQ both for business and leisure trip!

The 15th is an ideal district for a professional and family stay.
Neighborhood life is beyond measure with a multitude of typically Parisian cafes, bars, restaurants, supermarkets, convenience stores, cinemas, parks and green spaces.
In short, you will live an ideal local experience.
Cherry on the cake, we are located 15 min walking distance from the Eiffel Tower !
Getting Around:
Very pleasant area to walk around.
In the immediate vicinity of several metro lines that take you directly to the 4 corners of the Capital:
Metro station Dupleix (Line 6) or La Motte Picquet Grennelle (Line 6, 8, 10)
Direct access to : Saint-Germain, Charles de Gaulle Ătoile, TrocadĂ©ro, Opera, Bastille...
RER C: Direct access to Palais des CongrĂšs, Chateau de Versailles, Orly Airport...
Many buses pass in our street.
Parking nearby including - Zen Park - La Motte Picquet Grenelle Citadines - 132 Bd de Grenelle, 75015 Paris.
Other Things to Note:
We do live in the area for the last 20 years and would be happy to share with you our good tips !
We will sign a standard contract for so-called medium-term rentals, including Airbnb's terms and conditions.
Interaction with Guests:
Even if it would be a self check-in, we would be available 7 days a week to assist you, before, during even after you stay with us!
