The upper floor houses bedrooms equipped with a King Size bed in the master, a Twin-over-Full with trundle Bunk bed in the second room, and a Queen Size bed in the third, alongside convenient laundry facilities with Washer and Dryer.

The Downtown Festival area is a hub of activity, offering a general store, ice cream parlor, arcade, a Florida-style bar & grill, fitness center, and a plethora of recreational facilities. These include a heated resort-style swimming pool, private cabanas, a children's waterpark, beach volleyball court, and a putt golf course, ensuring entertainment for all ages. ✦ What We Provide:
Your rental comes with fresh linens, towels (1 bath + 1 hand towel per person), bath rugs, a hair dryer, and a starter set of toiletries and essentials—like shampoo, soap, toilet paper, 3 kitchen trash bags, dish soap, sponge, laundry detergent, and more. After the initial supply, you’ll need to restock items as needed. A washer and dryer are available for your use.
Washcloths and pool towels are not provided—feel free to bring your own. For safety reasons, we do not supply salt, pepper, or any open food items.

✦ Pet Policy:
We kindly ask that guests do not bring pets, as our properties are not pet-friendly. If you are traveling with a service animal, please reach out to our Reservations Department before your arrival—we’ll be happy to assist you with the registration process and ensure everything is prepared for your stay.

✦ Refundable Damage Deposit:
A refundable damage deposit of $200 will be held on your payment method 2 days before arrival as a precaution. It will be fully refunded within 48 hours after check-out, provided no damages are reported.
