BACKGROUND: Enjoy this reformed charming old tomato farm with an exclusive panoramic sea view and at 15 minutes from a very peaceful snorkeling bay in the Tramuntana Mountains, a World Heritage Site. In a 5-minute car ride or a 30 minute’s walk, you can enjoy the picturesque village Banyalbufar and a little further in other direction Estellencs. Especially In spring and fall, it is a fantastic cycling and hiking spot.

High rock formations and lovely farmland end up in a wide sea and you can see the sunset every evening. The house is about 600 meters past the famous Panorama point at the 'Torre del Verger', a watchtower from 1579. The road - where the house is located - eventually leads to the idyllic harbor 'La Pera de s'Ase'. Here you can swim in the sea and enjoy the tranquility.

The house is located between Banyalbufar (2 km) and Estellencs (7 km) and is surrounded by nature. The area is almost uninhabited, you have the realm for yourself. Due to the lack of light pollution, you can see a bright starry sky in the evening. If you want, you can enjoy this view from your heated Hotspring jacuzzi.

Do you like more people around you, then try the beach of Estellencs or Banyalbufar. Both villages are picturesque with a laid-back atmosphere, with ample places to relax or enjoy a good meal. We have discovered a bike rental company that delivers and collects the bikes to our house for cycling enthusiasts. In our information folder, you will find the data.

POOL & JACUZZI: There is a simple removable pool, surrounded by a wooden deck and a Hotspring Jacuzzi. The Jacuzzi is heated and fully functional.

ROUTE : On the way from the airport, you can easily get your groceries in Palma or - if you arrive before 10 pm - in Esporlas, where everything is quieter. The house is between Banyalbufar and the next village Estellencs. Carretera ma10 km 88.6. After Banyalbufar you will pass a Touristic Tower (Torre de ses Animes) where you can take photo’s of the panoramic view. Slow down if you see the tower. The first road to the right after this tower (30 meter) is the way to finca Ca´n Co. It is a small road going down to the sea. The first house on the left is Finca Ca´n Co.

CHECK-IN: Once you have booked, we will send you a video of the last part of the car route (from the exit at the tower to the house). Raul will be your host. You can call him the moment you arrive in Mallorca on the way to Banyalbufar. And if you have a late flight, self-check-in is no problem. Your host will be Titi Boregon-Martin from the Compagnie ´20houses´. She has several houses under her supervision and is highly rated on for example Airbnb.

RENT A CAR Tip; if you want to rent a large car, do not rent a wide sedan, but a practical type of delivery van, such as a Peugeot Partner, Citroen Berlingo or something of similar size.

Also: We have now added Starlink satellite internet. This generates high quality wifi, although we have not been able to test the reliability ourselves, as this has been recently installed. If you are dependent on wi-fi usage feel free to contact us.
