Villa Arsinoe Finiki is a self catering holiday property, located among pin drop-quiet orchards, within walking distance from lively Latchi – Cyprus, with private pool, stunning views and really spacious for a party of four (4), who can be accommodated in two air-conditioned bedrooms.Villa Arsinoe Finiki is the sister property to the adjacent Aphrodite Finiki and they can be both booked together for a larger party or family.This charming villa is set in two levels; it is totally private, with a large sunny pool (10 X 6 m.), lush gardens and views over the bay of Chrysochous.
The private stylish pool, shaped as an 8, is set in between lush gardens and it is surrounded by sunny terraces. Next to the pool a fully furnished and roofed space has been established, with alongside BBQ for those ones who wish to try their cooking skills whilst away from home. The sunny surrounded terraces and the well tended gardens have been reported popular to children or elderly people, who will chose to spend their day home, rather walking down to the crowded Latchi Beach. The ideal location of Arsinoe Finiki with the close by amenities, together with the facilities and the amazing views offered, can only assure anyone of the occupants for a memorable and relaxing stay away from it all. Check-in/Checkout policy - Official Check in time is 14:00 hrs. - Luggage Check in is 14:00 hrs. - Official Check out time is 10:00 hrs. We can be flexible with check-in and checkout time on request. The cleaner may be in the property even after the official checking time and will stay until cleaning of the property is complete.
The ground floor consists of an open plan sitting and dining space, with French doors opening onto the pool terraces, a fully equipped kitchen and a front roofed terrace with sitting furniture.The interior staircase lands on the upper level, which features one double and one twin bedroom, both of them with en-suite private showers. The peculiarity of these bedrooms is the extension of the rooms towards the balcony with large windows overlooking Latchi and the surrounding beaches.All bedrooms are fully air-conditioned and this is provided free of charge by the owner, although the use of air-conditioning in the lounge area is charged extra. (7.00 Euro per unit per day and payable directly to the owner).
