Strand Cottage is located in the heart of Saundersfoot with direct access onto the beautiful sandy beach, offering the perfect extension to the enclosed garden. The open plan kitchen/dining room features wide-opening patio doors that extend the house out onto the enclosed furnished patio, creating a perfect space for enjoying an early morning breakfast or relaxing to the sounds of the sea as the sun sets.

This self-catering holiday rental is accessed through the front door and leads into the hallway with a door to the living room, steps down to the kitchen/dining room and stairs up to the bedrooms.

Kitchen: Modern and well-stocked with everything you will need for your self-catering holiday including dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge, freezer, electric hob and oven. Comfortable dining seating for up to 6 people with a further 2 seats at the breakfast bar. Small sofa seating area. Large patio doors capture the spectacular views and open out onto the enclosed furnished garden.

Living Room: Comfortable sofa seating for up to 7 people. Smart TV.

Downstairs WC: Toilet and wash hand basin.

Master Bedroom: Picture windows capture the panoramic views from the double bed. Ample storage

Bedroom 2: Double bed, ample storage facilities. Views over The Strand.

Bedroom 3: Twin beds, ample storage facilities.

Bedroom 4: Single bed. Please note that this bedroom has no windows.

Family Bathroom: Large shower enclosure, toilet and wash hand basin. Window with beach views.

WC: Toilet and wash hand basin.

The property further benefits from central heating throughout and WiFi.

Outside, the enclosed garden offers direct beach access and is furnished with table and benches and sun loungers.

Parking is available in the public car park a few minutes walk away.

One well-behaved dog welcome. A second dog is welcome at an extra charge of £25.00. Please note that the beach at the front of the property is not dog friendly from May to September. There are two beaches a few minutes walk away where dogs are allowed during these months. Outside of these months dogs are welcome on all beaches in Saundersfoot.

NB: Although this cottage does not have low ceilings, some of the door frames are low and the ceiling is low on the steps down to the kitchen as well as the steps up to bedrooms 1 and 2.

A £150 damage deposit is required when staying at this property.
