Dimora degli Ulivi is a modern villa situated in an elevated, rural position near Noto, overlooking the scenic Val di Noto and surrounding olive groves. Spanning two self-contained houses side by side, each one is furnished in a colourful, contemporary designer style. Well-equipped for modern comfort, the villa spans five bedrooms, spacious living areas, outdoor terraces, dining areas and a panoramic pool and wooden sun deck. Its location is ideal for those seeking both panoramic views to the sea in the distance and access to the cultural highlights of south-eastern Sicily. Baroque towns, archaeological sites and the sandy beaches of the Vendicari Nature Reserve are all within a short drive.

The villa consists of two separate units connected by a courtyard. UNIT 1 â Entrance into a large living and dining area with French windows leading to the outdoor dining area; kitchen; guest bathroom, room with hydromassage tub; a twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower; a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower; a double bedroom with bathtub in the room, en-suite bathroom with shower, and access to the covered terrace. UNIT 2 â Living and dining area; open-plan kitchen with island; double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower; twin bedroom with private bathroom with shower and direct access to the outdoors. The washing machine is in an external utility room near the entrance. Underfloor air conditioning
Park:
Access to the villa is via a 150 m unpaved driveway leading to a parking area with two covered spaces and three uncovered spaces. The surrounding 5-hectare grounds include olive trees, natural vegetation, and light-coloured stone. A stone courtyard wraps around three sides of the villa, with outdoor seating areas outside each bedroom. Two dining areas shaded by wooden canopies are located just outside the main living areas, one of which includes a large table and mobile barbecue. The pool terrace and wooden sun deck are a few steps below the main living areas and enjoy wide views over the countryside.
Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.
Swimming Pool:
The swimming pool lies approximately 10 m from the villa, on the same level as the ground floor. Rectangular in shape; measures 10 x 4 m with a constant depth of 1.35 m; lined in PVC; chlorine purification with UV lamp; accessed via internal steps; internal and external lighting. The adjacent 60 sq m wooden sun deck is equipped with sunbeds and built-in bench seating. A cold-water shower is also available. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.
