This duplex accommodates up to 4 guests in an open-space environment w/ AC. Located on the 3rd floor w/ no lift, it has an incredible balcony from where you can see the bridge.

It is located 10 min walking distance to Alfandega do Porto, by the river Douro.
Quiet location, close to the riverside (Ribeira area). In a few minutes of walking, you will find the Alfandega (Customs House), the Palácio da Bolsa and the Ribeira Zone.
There is a bus stop close to the property and if you have a car, you have the option of booking a parking slot at the Alfandega car park, which costs 20 Euros for every 72 hours of occupancy.

LONG-TERM RESERVATIONS
Reservations for more than 15 nights are considered long-term reservations and are subject to the following rules:
-> We might request a safety deposit at check-in (~200€).
-> The energy and water bills must be paid separately.
(How does this work: Every month, we calculate and charge the guest the amount of energy and water spent.
-> The deposit will be returned by the end of the stay after checking the space and receiving the payment of every bill.
-> By making a long-term reservation, guests agree to give the host access to the property, whenever requested, in order to assess the state of maintenance.
CHECK-IN
We may charge in-person check-ins after hours as per the following rates:
After 8 pm: 15€
After 10 pm: 25€
After 1 am: 50€
Before the check-in, guests must fill in a mandatory check-in form to identify all the guests that will stay in the apartment. Short-term rentals are required to report guests' information to Borders Service (SEF).
