Welcome to this spectacular vacation rental property! This apartment in UrbanizaciĂłn Campos del Mar offers a unique accommodation experience, combining comfort and incredible views of the sea and green-covered mountains. The guest has access to the urbanisation\'s pool which has great panoramic sea views, and is open subject to opening hours and variation in availability.
The property is situated in the northern part of Calahonda â a small but beautiful town in the Mijas municipality known to be an excellent holiday destination for several reasons. Less than 7 kilometres away from the location are the townÂŽs tranquil beaches and the coastlineÂŽs plentiful variety of restaurants. Moreover, the apartment is near the motorway, which allows for quick access (20 minutes) to Marbella and Fuengirola for more extensive shopping, dining and nightlife.
If you are looking to play golf during your stay, the property is located in the middle of 3 full-length courses: 4 km to Calanova Golf Club, 7 km to Miraflores Golf and 7 km to Cabopino Golf Marbella.
Upon entering the apartment, you are greeted by a bright and spacious living-dining area that invites you to relax and is elegantly furnished with a comfortable sofa, armchairs, a brick-laid fireplace and a smart TV. In addition, it contains a dining table with capacity for 6 people, ideal for enjoying meals with family or friends. Adjoining it is the kitchen, fully equipped with all the necessary modern appliances: fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, blender and juicer. The terrace is overlooking the urbanisationÂŽs pool, and consists of two connected areas, one open-air and one glazed, both providing panoramic views that are truly impressive. The open-air area can be used to take in the Mediterranean sun on the sun lounges or eat a meal at the outdoor dining table, after using the firewood barbecue also found on the terrace. The glazed area hosts a comfortable chill-out area, with two armchairs and a sofa, and can be accessed through both bedrooms.
The two bedrooms, as the entire property, share a cosy and minimalistic style, accentuated by the marble floors throughout. One of the bedrooms has two single beds, while another has a double-bed, and both have floor-to-ceiling windows, as well as their own in-built wardrobes.
