There is a sense of calm in the studio with its minimalistic décor and styling. It features a pale colour palette, a soft grey carpet, and warm tones of yellow and orange in the furnishings.

The modern kitchenette includes a microwave, kettle, fridge, sink, dishes and cutlery.

The double bed features a comfortable mattress, plush bedding and premium bed linens to ensure you have a blissful nights sleep.

The bathroom at Clifton Studio 1 features a large walk-in shower, WC and vanity unit.

Host & Stay are committed to our owners that their homes are protected during guest bookings. For this reason, we require all our guests to transfer a Damage Deposit (refundable, subject to an administration charge) or, to purchase an Accidental Damage Waiver which will cover you for up to £500.00 of accidental damage during your stay.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the full property. The keys to Clifton Studio 1 are accessed via a key safe box, and full details will be provided prior to check in.

Free on-street parking is available nearby on a first come, first served basis.

Darlington town centre is packed with everything you could need to enjoy your short break. You can catch the latest film or theatrical performance at Vue Cinema or The Darlington Hippodrome. Enjoy the history of the iconic St Cuthbert's Church, browse the wide range of designer stores and seek out the unique independent boutiques hidden in the historic yards of the town.
