Beautiful semi-detached town house in the always- popular Miraflores resort.This community is one of the most sought after as it is close to all services without the need of a car (though there is free parking available).





Comfortably furnished and contemporary, in the heart of the Costa del Sol and 36 km from Malaga airport, it is on a well-connected bus route, just a few minutes walk from La Cala de Mijas and there are shops and restaurantes in the surrounding area, perfect for a relaxed stay.





It is a two storey house with front and back terrace as well as large balcony off the main bedroom. The front of the house looks out to the garden area and has sea view and the back of the house onto the community with its well-kept gardens. The communal swimming pool can be reached by clearly marked path. The whole complex is gated and there is security.



The house is fully air conditioned throughout, has 3 double bedrooms, 2 double bathrooms, one with shower and bath and one with shower, plus shower room on the ground floor. It has a very spacious lounge/dining room with two sofas, smart TV, and the kitchen is independent, modern, fully equipped including oven, electric hob, fridge, dishwasher and everything you need for a self- catering stay.

Please use the air conditioning responsibly. Do not leave it on whilst not in the room. Do not leave doors and windows open whilst in use.

Plant pots are NOT ashtrays. If you do this you will lose your damages deposit.

There is a handle on the front door. Please do not leave keys inside the lock as we will not be able to open and you may be liable for a locksmith callout fee.



IMPORTANT note that by Decree for water-saving measures from December 2023, pools are currently not permitted to be topped up and gardens cannot be watered. This clearly will affect presentation of gardens and could affect pool usage, so we do ask you to be understanding of these exceptional circumstances.
