LAYOUT: This pretty Mediterranean villa has three bedrooms distributed over two floors. Upon entry, a small hall welcomes you, giving access to an open living space including the living room, dining room and kitchen. This spacious and bright layout provides an ideal setting for preparing meals while enjoying views of the pool. On this level there are three bedrooms. To the left, the first bedroom is equipped with two single beds, and another with a double bed accompanied by a functional bathroom with shower. To the right, a double suite with a double bed and an adjoining bathroom with shower. This room also has direct access to the swimming pool. To access the lower floor, a staircase on the left of the property leads to an independent apartment. It includes a living room equipped with a sofa and a TV, offering a bright and comfortable space, as well as a spacious bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a large shower.
EXTERIOR: Access to the plot is by taking a few steps downhill. From the living room you access the main terrace, which has a dining table, chairs and several sun loungers around the pool. To the right, a âchill-outâ relaxation area awaits you to fully enjoy the breathtaking 360-degree view of the sea, a truly breathtaking spectacle.
