Family 4th of July Vacation

Great communication. Property exactly as described. Check-in was simple no issues at all, we will certainly be happy to return. Loved that it was on 7th floor so it wasn’t a terrible hike up the stairs when lines were long at elevator—totally expected for this time of year. Very happy with our stay!

Fantastic view, wonderful stay

We enjoyed staying at this 7th floor unit. Great view and had everything we needed. Beds were super comfy! No real complaints about this unit itself. However, if you are staying at Splash Resort, prepare for long elevator wait times.

Spring Break 2025

We could not have picked a better place to stay! The kitchen was fully stocked with all necessities! The beds my goodness the bed were literally just as comfortable as my bed at home so made me feel more at home. The condo was clean. I fought with the washer and dryer but completely feel it was operator error Warren beach rentals were fantastic at communicating with any questions we had. We will definitely be booking with them again for this condo! A lot of people complain about the elevators but my family didn’t have an issue the whole time we were there and I’d say it was a decently busy time of year for us. Thank you Warren beach rentals for a great stay.

Warren Beach Rentals is the best service we could have used for our trip.

Great experience. Communication was awesome, everything was clean. Instructions on getting in and out are very clear. Would use Warren Beach every time we are in that area!

First time in PCB

The condo and location were great…easy to navigate the area…nice beach. Loved the new coffee shop Was EXTREMELY disappointed by the fact that personal tents and beach chairs are permitted in front of rented chairs. The obstructed view of kids and water makes this a “deal breaker”.

Nice updated unit

Over enjoyed our stay. Only issue we have is the water running noise. I believe this unit must have a water main running in the wall as you hear what sounds like toilets filling every few minutes day and night. Other than that place was pleasant with good view of the beach.

Do not go during Spring Break!

Definitely for little kids. Checkin was horrendous. Took over 30 minutes to find a cart to push over bridge to parking deck and then another 30 minute wait for an elevator 2 elevators per building for 21 floors Hot tub was always filled with 25 kids age 4+ Chairs on beach are claustrophobic and even more individual set up’s

Great stay!

We had a great time staying! Property was wonderful, location was great! Everything was relatively clean, I’m just really picky about bathrooms and they could have been cleaner. There were hairs left all over the walk in shower and the top of the niche looked like it hadn’t been cleaned at all. There was sand and black dirt or mud left in the washer or dryer one which got on our clothes when I washed them. The fees on here for cleaning are not cheap, so you of course expect it to be clean when you get there. The king bed could have been a little more comfy then it was, but it wasn’t so terrible we couldn’t sleep. Overall, we had a great time, and we would stay here again.

Kids Paradise

According to VRBO, unit 702W was recently remodeled and it looked great! The master suite is very spacious and the attached bathroom is luxurious. The entire condo felt like home. If you plan to use the sleeper sofa bring a blanket. There were sheets and pillowcases only. Check-in was easy. Loved the fact that a beach chair is pre-reserved for you. All you need to do is let the beach attendant know you want to use it. Grandchildren had a fantastic time on their mini vacation. MeMaw and Pawpaw are exhausted

The condo was super clean and nice. Would definitely stay again! Messaged the owner about the balcony door lock being on the floor whenever we arrived. Looks like it had rusted off which happens with time. It didn’t bother us due to us keeping an eye on our children constantly and them knowing to not go on the balcony without an adult. I do recommend getting the lock fixed in case someone else was to stay before or after and a child gets hurt. Overall, super nice condo and extremely clean. The elevators are slow which of course is not the owners faults. Just be prepared to wait if you’re staying anywhere in Splash. Definitely enjoyed our stay!

The room was great. Clean. Updated. The resort does not have enough elevators for the amount of people staying, we spent alot of time waiting for elevators. Like 30 minutes waiting for elevators each time. This resort is only for kids, not a good time for adults with no kids. Can absolutely not enjoy pool or hot tub unless you are okay with being splashed every couple seconds by kids jumping in and out. Would chose somewhere else next year. Had a great experience with Warren beach rentals but this was not a good property for 6 adults.

Very nice condo with a lot more to desire!

The condo was very clean and the layout was very nice. Location is great and the splash pad for the kids is amazing. The downside are the elevators that every single person at this resort complains about. As far as the room itself goes, it is very very dated. The TVs are from the early 2000s. The TV in the living room had blown out speakers and the property manager said she would look into getting the TV replaced and never got back to us. The Fridge is very very old as well. The filter has not been changed probably ever so do not even try to drink water from it. Overall the room was decent, but the description of this room might be as outdated as the TVs that still have a VCR options on it!

What a gem!

This was a nice and clean condo with a beautiful view of the ocean! Due to the Corona virus, we unsuccessfully attempted to move our trip to late summer. We contacted the management company via voice mail and again through email, but received no response at all. We finally called VRBO and asked them if they would please try to help us. While we were in the line, VRBO also attempted to contact the management company with no success. So we reluctantly continued on with our trip. And unfortunately, the splash pad was also closed for repairs while we were there. But none of that was the owners fault. The condo itself is a five star stay!
