Modern and beautifully located one-bedroom apartment directly on London's Regents Canal. This lovely 70m2 apartment is on the 3rd floor, accessible by lift.

The apartment has an open floor plan that is as stylish as it is functional. The living room is elegantly furnished with a seating area, including a sofa bed and a wide-screen smart TV to watch all your favourite shows.

The area includes floor-to-ceiling windows that lead onto a furnished balcony where you can enjoy the canal views.

The open-plan kitchen includes top-of-the-range appliances, essential cookware, and cutlery to fulfil any culinary requirement. A washer is available for your laundry needs.

The spacious bedroom has a queen bed lined in complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's rest and plenty of storage for your belongings.

The bathroom has all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and toiletries.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Mile End is a vibrant and eclectic neighbourhood located in the eastern part of London, UK. Known for its diverse community and creative energy, Mile End offers a mix of trendy cafes, independent shops, and cultural hotspots. The neighbourhood is home to several renowned attractions, including the beautiful Victoria Park, which offers a peaceful escape from the bustling city. Mile End is also known for its thriving music and arts scene, with live music venues and art galleries dotted throughout the area. With its proximity to Queen Mary University and the vibrant Brick Lane, Mile End attracts a young and dynamic crowd. Whether exploring its charming streets, indulging in local cuisine, or immersing yourself in its cultural offerings, Mile End promises an exciting and vibrant experience for residents and visitors alike.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest train station, Mile End, is just an 8-minute walk conveniently located on the Central Line, District Line and Hammersmith & City Line. You can be in Central London within 15 minutes and London City business district in less time. The District line will take you directly to West London. There are also six very close bus routes.

Heathrow Airport is a 1-hour drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).

Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.

We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
