A superbly located new Property now available. A beautiful, stylish apartment close to The Circus, Royal Crescent, and Bath town centre. Georgian Retreat is a romantic one bedroom first floor apartment large arched windows creating a bright and airy lounge and fantastic views over Catharine gardens and historic buildings. The property combines both contemporary styles in the lounge/dining room and antique furniture in the bedroom, the bathroom still supporting some original features.
Main Entrance
The main front door leads into a communal hallway. The hallway and staircase are lit by timed button switches. There is one switch just inside the front door and a second switch at the top of each flight of stairs.
The communal hallway is shared with three other flats, one on each floor.
The flat is entered on the 1st floor accessed by a carpeted staircase with a bannister (approx. 30 steps with a landing halfway).
Bedroom
The bedroom is facing away from the road, with some original features and antique style wardrobe and bedside tables with lamps. The bedroom has a 5ft King bed with comfortable spring mattress and high quality linens.
Flooring is carpeted in bedrooms and the sitting room
Light switches are near the door in both bedrooms and sitting room.

Shower room is located within the flat in close proximity to all rooms
Above bath - Glass screened shower cubicle with a slightly raised plinth on entry, toilet, basin and storage for toiletries. Well lit mirror.
The shower-room is not set up with hand rails or alarm systems to accommodate disabilities.
