Bright and cosy apartment, including OWN PARKING SPACE and AIR CONDITIONING in the living area and in the two bedrooms. The apartment “Occhi Sul Mare” (sea view) is located in a quiet condominium immersed in nature, but it is also close to the sea (300 mt from the beach "Il Gigante", the most characteristic of Monterosso), shops, restaurants and the train station. In the evening you will hear the croaking of frogs. The historic center can be reached in just 15 minutes on foot.

The space
A fully renovated and well-equipped kitchen, with new appliances and induction hob, overlooks a large, bright living room with a glass window overlooking the sea-view terrace. From here you can enjoy your lunch or dinner, savoring the view of the sea as well as the surrounding hills. The large living room includes a dining area and a sitting area with comfortable sofa and a Smart TV. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms, both with plenty of space to store your belongings: a master bedroom, facing the sea, and a twin bedroom overlooking the hillside, with two single beds that can be moved closer together to make a double bed. A cosy bathroom with shower, washing machine and everything you need completes the apartment. The apartment is ideal for four people: a family of four or two couples.
