Royal Seacrest F G6 - Two Bedroom Apartment, Sleeps 4
Royal Seacrest is a lovely complex located in the heart of Paphos, within walking distance from all amenities and the main sandy beaches. This two-bedroom apartment is located on the ground floor and benefits from a private veranda, a dining table and easy access to the communal swimming pool. Free on-site parking is available.
As you enter the property, you will find the open plan living area with a comfortable sofa, coffee table, wireless internet, a flat-screen TV and a dining table and chairs comfortably seating 4.
Adjacent to this living area, you will find a fully equipped kitchen offering a fridge/freezer, oven, cooker, kettle, toaster, washing machine, extractor hood, coffee machine and microwave. The glass sliding doors of the living room lead to a furnished small terrace which faces the inner area with a swimming pool.
The double bedroom has a spacious closet and two bedside tables with lamps, a dressing table and its bathroom. Other room has two singThe otherds. In the small corridor is a guest bathroom.
The living area and bedrooms are equipped with an air conditioning unit for both cooling and heating. All bedding, bath towels, beach towels, hairdryer, iron board and iron are supplied. Electricity and Wi-Fi are included.
Located very close to apartment, you may find the Panayia Chrysopolitissa Church. It was built in the 13th century over the ruins of the largest early Byzantine Basilica on the island. Within the compound is St. Paulâs Pillar, where, according to legend, Saint Paul was flogged before the Roman governor Sergius Paulus was converted to Christianity. Enjoy the historical beauty of the area and walk in the mythical path of early Christians.
The
Tombs of the Kings, a large necropolis lying about two kilometres north of Paphos Harbour. It is a UNESCO World Heritage Site as the Archaeological Park and the medieval Castle. The underground tombs, many of which date back to the 4th century BC, are carved out of solid rock and are thought to have been the burial sites of Paphitic aristocrats and high officials up to the third century AD. It is located 10 minutes by car from the apartment. You can also use the closest bus stop located 3 minutes walk. Visit the Archaeological Park of Pafos and experience the unique beauty of some of the most superbly preserved mosaics in the world, dating from the 3rd and 5th centuries A.D. The Archaeological Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is near the harbour, only a 20-minute walk from the apartment.

From Paphos Airport head towards Paphos and take a left at the first round about down a new dual carriageway. You will then reach around about and you will take a right. You continue straight, through many small rounds about and traffic lights. The first round about AFTER you have passed Kings Avenue mall (on your right) you will take a first right. Drive straight past the school and turn left continue straight to the Oracle complex take a left turn and again left turn. The Royal Seacrest apartment Complex is ahead. When you enter to the complex take a right and follow the block F, apartment G6.
The key box is next to the door apartment.

Please note:
No Smoking and no pets are allowed in our properties.
No parties are allowed in the apartment.
No loud music outside, and no music / loud activities outside after 11pm.
No Confetti and no hanging of decoration is also allowed.
All garbage should be removed from the villa and placed in the outside bins provided.
Pleased remember to close all windows on departure and put the key back in box and change the numbers.
Regarding electrical utilities each of them have their own switch, you will need to keep on in order to use it. As also for the water to be warm for shower please use the heater boost for minimum 30min per person and then to have a shower otherwise it will be cold.
