The beautiful newly built apartment in the center of La Mata of 80 mÂČ on the beachfront with the large terrace.
It consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower, kitchenette and living room with terrace overlooking the sea with capacity for 4 people. It has 2 double beds, the kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances such as fridge, microwave, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, hob, oven, cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster and kettle. The house has WIFI and central air conditioning (hot/cold).
The apartment has a parking space below the same building.
It is located in a beautiful area next to the main square of La Mata, ideal for families. The very large and beautiful beach is located in front of the building, as close as possible. The nearest small supermarkets are 50 m away, and 5-15 m away are the restaurants and bars of La Mata beach.
If you want to spend an unforgettable day with family or friends, after 7 km you reach the most beautiful water park in Torrevieja Aquopolis, there next door you will find the Habaneras Shopping Center with the shops to do the shopping and restaurant area to all taste. In the 9 km you reach the central port of Torrevieja with the tourist fair and Amusement Park of Paseo where you can spend fun time with the children.
