Villa Deda is a farmhouse located just 13 km from the sandy beaches of Fano. The villa with swimming pool is completely fenced and enjoys privacy with a garden where you will find beautiful old trees.

On the ground floor we find the living room, large and bright, the dining room attached to the kitchen and connected to the porch equipped for outdoor dining. A double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower, a double bedroom, a hallway with 2 single beds, and a bathroom with shower. A living room furnishes the porch that surrounds the house on two sides. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms and one twin bedroom, a bathroom with shower, a toilet, a suite consisting of a study, double bedroom and bathroom with bathtub. In the annex next to the swimming pool there is a changing area.
