There are two bedrooms, one double and one twin with a single bed and a foldaway bed, making this two-bedroom apartment perfect for 3 or 4 guests; the bedrooms are furnished with wardrobes to store your apparel. The apartment is completed by a modern bathroom with shower, with an innovative design and great attention to detail, such as the LED mirror lighting. The home automation system allows the regulation of lights, heating / cooling and the sunshield system. With your badge, you can open the entrance of the underground garage, the entrance gate to the terrace and the security door of the apartment with a light touch. Check-in and Check-out: 

Check-in is from 3pm to 8pm. Check-out is from 8am to 10am. 

We kindly ask you to notify us about your exact time of arrival at latest 24 hours ahead of your arrival. A member of our staff will wait for you at the property at the time you communicate to us, and will show you where to park, how to enter the apartment and give you other useful information.

For check-out, please notify us approximately 24 hours ahead of your departure time: a member of our staff will meet you at the property to check the apartment and say goodbye.

Late check-in after 20:00 and early check-out before 8:00 is possible on request at an extra cost: ask the Quokka Team for availability and cost.



PLEASE NOTE: The property requires a payment of DEPOSIT. The deposit payment has to be settled during the ONLINE CHECK-IN by credit card. Once the apartment is checked after your departure and found to be in good condition, the amount will be refunded to the same credit card used for payment in 5-7 business days following your check-out.

A few steps from the Residence is the Lido Conca d’oro, with access to the lake, swimming pool, solarium and snack bar for breakfast, lunch, aperitifs. On the opposite side of the road passes the boat of the Navigation Company of Lake Lugano, with which you can reach several places bathed by the sweet waters of the Ceresio, such as the picturesque Morcote, where to stop for an aperitif on the lakefront, and the romantic Melide, with beach and lido. You can also reach them with a private boat, several boat services allow the rental of motorboats (with and without a license). By train: From Lugano Paradiso station, walk for about 8 minutes, or call a taxi to reach the Residence in just 2 minutes.
