Den stora privata infinity pool (skyddad av ett barnsäkert staket) med utsikt över havet och leder till en terrass som ger de mest spektakulära vyer i Mojacar - i en båge på ca 210 grader i Medelhavet fyller cirka 90 grader, staden ytterligare 90 grader och bergen i övrigt, Garucha och mer kan ses i fjärran. Det finns ett stort utbud av solstolar, soffor, bord och en grill för måltider utomhus. Huset har en annan terrass, balkong och solarium, den ena eller andra av dessa skall ge dagen solsken vid alla tider på året. Den vardagsrum / matrum leder ut till en terrass. Huset har luftkonditionering / värme hela. Tre av sovrummen är dubbelrum och badrum och leder antingen direkt på verandan eller balkong. Den 4: e sovrummet har två enkelsängar och en spjälsäng med en toalett och handfat i angränsande rum.

Det finns en Sky Box system installerat så om du vill ta med din egen Sky kort de kanaler som du har hemma kommer att erhållas - om det inte finns något kort installerat, sedan normal gratis visa TV kommer att tas emot visar de flesta av de brittiska markbundna kanalerna samt spanska marksänd tv.

We had a great stay at Chris’s house. A small issue at the beginning of our stay was sorted out quickly. Would have no problem recommending the house to anyone and we hope to return in the future.

Fantastic views, great pool, quality accommodation, handy location but needed a car to help some of our party deal with steep hill, but we knew that in advance. Would stay again and would recommend to others. Excellent communications with owner and managing agents throughout.

Family holiday Mojacar 2024

The villa is in an excellent location. Fantastic views all around - from sea to mountains. The pool is ideal for family fun and nearby beaches are soft sand and ideal for swimming. We were a party of seven over three generations and the accommodation was ideal.

Amazing Views and Lovely Property

We had a lovely week in Mojacar, it was extremely memorable with the beautiful views from the property. Everything was clean, worked how it should, good quality, comfy beds, nice kitchen with lots of equipment, etc. Would highly recommend!! The smallest of details that didn’t affect our stay were how slippery the floors were if it got a slightest bit wet. Only a worry for me as I have a very clumsy, accident prone husband!! Also, another tiny note is the ants that seem to appear out of thin air if you leave a crumb out for 0.5 of a second, but I think that’s just how it is in Spain! Overall though, tiny blips to how amazing the property was - thank you Christopher!

Mojacar Villa

Villa has spectacular views over Mojacar and the sea. The property is very well maintained and appointed with everything you could need whilst on holiday. Walking distance of many good restaurants. The pool area is great. Communication excellent. Thank you for a lovely holiday.

Stunning villa with the most beautiful views

Thank you so much for such a wonderful week, we have enjoyed every moment! Your villa is stunning and has everything and more that anyone could ever need. You have decorated and furnished it to a very high standard. The views are breathtaking and I will miss having breakfast on the balcony. The pool area is fabulous and we really enjoyed many hours of fun around and in it. Thank you for all your help and swift response to any of our queries or questions that we had. Hillside Villa Mojacar

The property was well placed in Mojacar for the beach, shops, bars and restaurants. It was well equipped both inside and out and the patio and pool area offered lovely views out to sea, as did the upstairs bedroom. The owner Chris was very helpful and gave us a lot of information prior to our arrival and during our stay, as did the property management company Mojacar estates. We opted for an interim clean as we stayed for 2 weeks and the cleaner was very friendly and efficient. A car is not an essential requirement however the hillside walk if a stretch on the way up if you struggle with mobility. We travelled with teenagers and a ten year old and they had plenty to do. We would definitely return 😊

Perferct, once again.

The villa is always exceptional. Very well located in a quiet area of Mojacar, it is perfect for a family holiday. The improvements made by Chris are much appreciated. The curtains now allow ideal darkness in the bedrooms and the new kitchen equipment is of excellent quality. Finally, the pool and views are magical. Thank you, it's lovely to rent a villa in these conditions.

SITUACIÓN Y VISTAS PRIVILEGIADAS

La casa es tal y como aparece en las fotos, grande y con un terraza fabulosa y una piscina más fabulosa aún. A un paso de una playa estupenda (aunque la vuelta es una subida bastante pronunciada) y en un entorno con todos los servicios. Un punto en contra es que la casa en general y los muebles en particular, necesitan una renovación, un lavado de cara. Y lo más negativo, sin duda, es la agencia que gestiona la casa: no nos recibieron ni nos dieron ninguna indicación, porque los sábados cierran a mediodía y hasta el lunes, tuvimos que ir nosotros a la oficina en 3 ocasiones porque no estaban nunca para gestionar la fianza, y la persona que nos atendió fue muy desagradable, y como final se equivocaron en la devolución de la fianza y hemos tenido que esperar más de 10 días. Con todo, ha sido una experiencia genial, y unos días de vacaciones fantásticos.

Fantastic villa,amazing views,really enjoyed our 2 week stay,5 adults 1 7 year old. Steep hill could be a issue for 60 + age groups but you can always get a taxi home if it’s too much,would definitely recommend.

Era la segunda vez Todo muy bien

Ya conociamos la casa y nos encanta, el año pasado estuvimos y no tuvimos ningun problema. Este año hemos tenido varias incidencias de mantenimiento. Hubo que poner lavadora nueva, no fucncionaba (tres dias), secador nuevo, fue inmediato, alguna cisterna y algun desagüe con problemas que se solucionaron con rapidez. la casa sigue siendo fantastica pero habira que tener un poco de cuidado mas en el mantenimiento.

Have stayed at this villa on a few occasions and have say the views are the best I. Mojacar the owner is really friendly and offers amazing communication. As always the pool is the draw for us but we love the freedom the villa gives us to explore locally. Highly recommended

Superbe !

La villa est très bien située à la sortie ouest de Mojacar. Elle est proche de la mer et de la plus belle plage (Las Ventanicas), mais une voiture est conseillée car il y a une forte pente. La maison est propre et grande (idéale jusqu’à deux couples avec enfants). Le WiFi et tous les équipements sont de qualité et fonctionnent parfaitement. En plus de toutes le commodités intérieures, la villa dispose d’une superbe terrasse avec une vue simplement incroyable. Pour terminer, la piscine : EXTRAORDINAIRE. Elle est grande, et suffisamment profonde pour s’amuser. L’eau est propre et entretenue presque tous les jours. De plus, elle est peu chlorée. En outre le système de débordement est face à la mer et offre de beaux moments de détente. Seul bémol, la maison n’est pas équipée de stores. Si vous êtes sensibles à la lumière pour dormir, il faudra prévoir un plan pour vous couvrir les yeux. Nous avons loué beaucoup de maisons dans la région au fil des années. C’est de loin la meilleure que nous avons expérimenté. Un séjour mémorable. Merci.

Room with a view

The villa is in an absolutely idyllic setting with views of the mountains, the town and the sea. You wake up and drop off with the sound of the waves hitting the beach and there are loads of restaurants and bars to enjoy just a stone's throw away. The villa is fully equipped and if you ever have to deal with Chris, the owner, he couldn't do enough for you. A wonderful place to holiday and we highly recommend it.

Fabulosa

La casa es tal y como aparece en las fotos: maravillosa. Está en alto lo que favorece las vistas espectaculares al mar y a la montaña en una zona muy tranquila. Se puede bajar perfectamente andando a la playa y aunque la cuesta de vuelta puede asustar al principio, se hace sin problema. La casa está completamente equipada, tan solo hemos echado en falta un mortero y una batidora. Las camas de las habitaciones en suite son muy cómodas, la cama individual con litera está bien para un niño quizá no tan bien para un adulto. La parte exterior es muy cómoda con barbacoa de gas y de carbón, si que vendría bien más iluminación en la terraza ya que cuando caía la noche no nos parecía suficiente. La piscina es espectacular, hemos pasado gran parte de nuestro tiempo ahí. Muchas gracias por haber hecho que nuestras vacaciones fueran maravillosas en Mojacar. Recomendamos al 100% la casa y volveremos!

I bought the villa in 2010 and have changed it a lot, the work was carried out by a company of Spanish builders to a very high standard - the Town Council are strict and I had to have two architects; I hope you like the work. I love Mojacar and live in the villa most of the year renting it out in the summer when I go on holiday myself. The views are spectacular and I normally breakfast on the balcony looking out over the Mediterranean Sea.

Varför värden valde detta boende

Mojacar was recommended to me by my very good friends who had had a property there for several years; they said that the town would suit me as it had a good selection of restaurants, bars, shopping and other attractions that I would like, and they were right.

I lived in the Middle East for a long time and so I wanted a home that had the sun and a good life-style. My main requirement were for a sea view but I didn't think it would be possible for me to get such a great one. I think Mojacar is lovely and I am looking forward to living here for many years.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

Quite simply, the views are absolutely stunning and you can hear the waves when you sit on the terrace or either of the balconies; it very relaxing sitting in the easy chairs on the terrace with a glass of something nice listening to the waves lapping against the shore.

The property is very convenient for everything, the sea, shops, bars and restaurants - I can walk everywhere if I want to.

I like to read and I enjoy sitting on the 'Romeo and Juliet' balcony reading a good book, taking in the views with a glass of something nice.

A pool party with a BBQ on the veranda with friends is also a great way to spend a day or an evening - when my family have been there were 15 of us in the pool, and it wasn't crowded.
