Dining: TV with Freesat channels, dining table and four chairs, sideboard, two-seater sofa and armchair with French doors out to rear enclosed garden.


FIRST FLOOR
Bedroom 1: master bedroom with double size bed, single wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside cabinets, dressing table and mirror TV with Freesat channels.
En-suite: shower cubicle, low level w.c. pedestal wash hand basin, heated towel rail and shaving point.
Bedroom 2: double size bed, bedside cabinets wardrobe and chest of drawers
Bedroom 3: twin room 2 x 3ft single beds, bedside cabinets and wardrobe
Family bathroom: bath with shower over, low level w.c. pedestal wash hand basin, heated towel rail and shaving point.

OUTSIDE
Rear enclosed astro-turfed garden with five steps from the property down to a small patio area and garden furniture.
Private allocated parking for 1 car at the property, visitors’ spaces available on a first come, first served basis within the development, free on-road parking available in Howard Road.

PLEASE NOTE: a pre-authorised, refundable, security deposit of ÂŁ300 will be required before arrival at the property. No money will be taken, unless any damage is reported at the property within 14 days of your departure.

This property can accept a maximum of 2 pet(s). The charge is ÂŁ35 per pet, per week and we kindly ask that you bring your own bedding for your pet(s). Please ensure that you correctly add your pet(s) when making your booking, so this additional cost is included. If it becomes apparent that you have brought a pet(s) with you but did not advise us, we will contact you to request payment separately.

There is no electric car charger on site and guests are prohibited from using the mains electric in the property to charge a car. If it becomes apparent a car is being charged without approval, then the guest may be charged an additional amount to cover the extra cost.

There are 5 steps from the property into the rear garden.

The Island Holiday Company are responsible for the full management of this property and should you need to contact us during your stay we are available between 9-5 Monday to Friday, We also operate an out of hours emergency service on the weekends - please refer to your property brochure left inside the property, for further information and contact details.

No stag or hen parties are permitted at any of our properties.

There is a strict no smoking/vaping policy, inside all our properties.

Linens and towels are provided, but please bring your own beach towels and cot linen as necessary.

Please be respectful of the property and the neighbours during your stay; leaving the property as you found it on your arrival

A breach of the above rules and guidelines could mean forfeiture of the Security Deposit.
