The Space:
This holiday home offers the perfect escape from urban life, located in a peaceful rural area on a hill with stunning views. A large linden tree with a bench beneath it provides a serene spot to relax in the shade and take in the neighboring hills, such as Mount St. Ursula and Peca, with only the sounds of birds and nature soothing your mind. After soaking in the tranquility and scenic views, you can indulge in the wellness amenities, including a hot tub and sauna, located in a cozy shack next to the main building. The area also offers numerous hiking trails to explore.

The main building is spread over two floors and accommodates up to 8 guests. The upper floor features a master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and two additional bedrooms that share a bathroom and a separate toilet. All bedrooms come equipped with 4K smart TVs for entertainment. On the ground floor, a modern, well-equipped kitchen with a large dining table awaits, where guests can also enjoy wine from the on-site wine archive. The spacious living room offers direct access to a wooden terrace with breathtaking views of the distant mountains.

The upper floor offers three bedrooms, each with a double bed and 4K smart TVs with online streaming services. The master bedroom features an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, sink, toilet, and hair dryer, while the other two bedrooms share a bathroom and have a separate toilet.

On the ground floor, the well-equipped kitchen includes a large dining table with seating for 8. The kitchen is outfitted with modern appliances, including an oven, vitroceramic stove, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, Jura coffee maker for premium coffee, toaster, water kettle, and cooking utensils. Guests will also find wine glasses, spices, vinegar, oil, and access to the wine archive, where they can purchase bottles of wine or sparkling wine.

Bathrooms are stocked with hair dryers, soap, shampoo, towels, and bathrobes. All TVs throughout the home are 4K smart TVs with online streaming capabilities.
