The villa serves as a perfect base for day trips to the Roman ruins of Tindari, hiking trails in the Madonie mountains, and boat excursions to the Aeolian Islands.

The Space:
The interiors are light-filled and elegant, combining traditional and contemporary Sicilian style with carefully selected antiques. The ground floor features a spacious living area with wooden-beamed ceilings, large sofas, an open fireplace, and French windows leading to a covered dining terrace. This floor also includes a kitchen, a guest WC, and a laundry area. Upstairs, there are three double bedrooms: one with an en-suite bathroom, and two that share a large family bathroom. Each bedroom has its own unique, simple charm. The annex, located next to the main house, offers an additional bright and spacious double bedroom with its own bathroom and shower.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire villa including the main living areas, terraces, kitchen, and annex. Outdoors, there is a large, partially covered terrace with a dining table for 12 and a lounge area with stunning sea views. Two outdoor kitchens are available, one featuring a state-of-the-art electric oven. The terraced garden, lined with fruit trees such as oranges, lemons, and figs, leads to the private swimming pool with a solarium, sun loungers, and umbrellas.

The Neighborhood:
Nestled on a verdant hillside above the beach, the villa is a short drive from Sant Ambrogio and Cefalù. Guests can enjoy the tranquility of the natural setting while remaining close to Sicilian village life, local culture, and historic landmarks.

Getting Around:
A car is recommended for easy access to nearby towns, beaches, and sightseeing destinations such as Tindari, the Madonie mountains, and the Aeolian Islands via local boat tours.

Other Things to Note:
The swimming pool is approximately 8 x 4 meters, with a depth of 1.3 meters, and is open from May 1st to October 31st. The property is not fenced and is not equipped for guests with mobility impairments. Pets are allowed upon request, with a fee of €06.00 per animal per week or part of the week. If urban waste is not properly disposed of, a charge of €50.00 per week or part of the week will apply at check-out. Additional services include extra cleaning at €22.00/hour per cleaner, extra linen at €15.00 per person, and heating, which is charged based on consumption at current market prices.
