Great house, great location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 2nd stay at Marigold Cottage and we are coming back for a 3rd time in a few months! The house is a convenient walk into town and has a fantastic back yard and pool. And our host Yvonne was always available and helpful during our stay.

House was perfect, clean and comfortable. Everything you need is nearby. Supermarkets, restaurants, beach, downtown, dunks/starbucks, golf. Pool area has excessive amounts of seating, firepit, lounge areas.

Beautiful property. The house is spacious and allows for separate areas if someone needs "alone" time. The "backyard" is amazing...Beautiful pool, fire pit area and extra seating in areas all around the back. Close to terrific restaurants and shops and the tennis center. In a word: PERFECTION!

Family gathering

Perfect place for multiple families to meet and enjoy time together. The house had everything that you can possibly want/need. We brought in food most nights and spent hours in the pool, which had enough room for all of us, including 6 relatives in another home. The location was close to everything. The instruction book had wonderful, helpful information.

Glorious salt water pool surrounded by palm trees

We absolutely loved staying in the Marigold cottage! We felt very comfortable. The beds and linens were so comfortable. The house was just so adorable and cozy. The backyard was very much enjoyed especially the heated salt water pool. We would most definitely stay here again!

Great family time together

We felt home away from home here. Kids had a blast in the pool and in the house. We were a skip and a jump to everything. The market was just down the way which made for great meals at the house. Thank you for the memories.

Unreal oasis

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There are three outstanding features about this property: the pool and the backyard; its location; and Yvonne, the property manager.While the interior is comfortable, the house is very dated. The kitchen is adequate but older; the bathrooms are adequate, but old; and the furniture is just old. (Interior lighting could also use an upgrade.) The room sizes are almost all spacious. The backyard does make up for a lot of the deficiencies in the interior. In terms of location, it’s minutes to town, the beach, and shopping. And there is plenty of opportunities for relatively traffic-free biking throughout the residential area just across the road.Should anything go wrong, or if there is something missing that is needed, Yvonne will swiftly handle all problems. She’s a pleasure to deal with.
