The Space:
Welcome to our comfortable apartment, offering 70 m² of space perfectly suited for both relaxation and work. The apartment provides all modern amenities, including a TV, high-speed internet, and a convenient desk.

The apartment is air-conditioned, ensuring comfort all year round. A spacious balcony offers an ideal spot for outdoor relaxation. In the living room, you’ll find a large, comfortable sofa that can be unfolded to create additional sleeping space. The living area flows seamlessly into an open, fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, creating a spacious and inviting place to spend time together.

The separate bedroom is furnished with two comfortable double beds, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. There is also a functional walk-in wardrobe for your convenience. The bathroom features a large shower and comes fully equipped with toiletries, towels, and a hairdryer. An additional toilet adds even more comfort for guests.

The six-person dining table makes it easy to enjoy meals prepared in the fully equipped kitchen. Our apartment is the perfect choice for families or groups of friends, offering both comfort and enjoyment during your stay.

To ensure a pleasant stay, the apartment is equipped with air conditioning.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to all amenities available in the apartment, including those prepared for them, such as coffee, tea, etc., and the apartment's equipment (iron, hairdryer, etc.). We provide fresh bedding and towels. Upon request, we offer a portable baby cot. Wi-Fi is available in the apartment.
