A modern sitting room and dinning area complements a fully equipped high tech kitchen while the outside area is made up of a wooden deck, private pool and a covered patio as well as a large lawn covered garden that stretches all the way do the seafront.

The upstairs features 3 double bedroom all en-suite, two of which offer panoramic sea views. The basement levels features a fourth double en-suite bedroom, a games room for the kids and a maids' room. The whole house is furnished to the highest quality, is fully air conditioned and offers high speed wi-fi and satellite TV. The private pool can be optionally heated at an extra charge of 40euro per night.

The Villa is a new modern and elegantly decorated seafront property located in a quiet area of Protaras on Sirina Bay near the Crystal Springs Hotel and only 2 minutes walk from a child friendly sandy beach.

The Space:
At Central Protaras only 2 kms away, you can find many beautiful beaches and the famous Fig Tree Bay and Sunrise Beach with lots of water sports on offer like water-skiing, windsurfing, pedalos, diving, canoeing, para-sailing, fly fish and just about any water sport you may want. Protaras also offers a plethora of good local and international restaurants, pubs, cafes and a thriving night-life in the summer months.

There is also a water park and aquarium that are worth a visit. The biggest water park in the Middle East can be found just outside of Ayia Napa which is only 10km away. Closer to the villa, less than three minutes’ drive away is the more local town of Ayia Triada/Pernera, with its own strip of restaurants which are favored amongst the locals for the their high quality. Within 5 minutes’ walk you can get to Golden Coast Fishing Harbor the romantic Sirina Bay or the child friendly Kalamies Beach.

The coastal walkway that has been built linking Central Protaras with Pernera is beautiful and flat making and easily accessible with pram or wheelchair. Along the walkway can be found some stunning little 'secret' restaurants/cafes where you can stop for breakfast/coffee on one’s morning walk or for sundowners/dinner in the evening. It is the perfect place to sit at the end of the day, just a meter or two from the sea and watch the sunset.

Within just a couple of minutes' walk from the villa you will find a kiosk, mini-supermarket store, a typical English pub, Onasis Fish Restaurant, Aigialos Beach Fish Restaurant, as well as one of the most sought after hot-spots for children of all ages.

This property is suited for families. No parties or celebrations of any kind for any reason are allowed without the consent of the host. This is a residential property and we require guests to respect the neighbourhood and keep noise to acceptable and reasonable levels at all times. Failure to observe these rules may result in the guest being asked to vacate the property without any compensation.

Listed Prices include 300KWh of electricity per week which is more than enough for normal use of the house. Additional electricity consumption is charged at Euro0.30/Kwh. For stays shorter than 5 nights there is a surcharge of Euro 250 over and above the total booking amount.
