Modern flat on the 1st floor with direct entrance to the pool and the large communal garden. It comes with a living area with a double sofa bed and an open kitchen. A renovated bathroom with shower and washing machine, a bedroom with a double bed and single bed. It is also equipped with an outdoor and fenced patio with direct access to the swimming pools. A/c is available.

° Excluded - Mandatory:
-Security deposit: 100eur to be paid in cash upon arrival at the agency. The security deposit will be returned at the check-out, after the apartment inspection.
-City tax: it is required to be paid upon arrival in cash. It is 1,15eur per night per person for a maximum of 10 nights (children under 4 years are exempt).

-Bed linen: 8eur person/stay
-1 towel for the shower: 5eur person/stay

The swimming pool is open seasonally (from mid June to early September). The exact opening and closing dates may vary between the different residences and depend on the weather conditions. Beahost Rentals cannot be held responsible for closures due to major reasons or for maintenance services, according to the law. The use of the pool cap is mandatory.
