The bedroom offers a comfortable double bed, ideal for a restful sleep. In the main living area, youâll find an elegant dining area for two, a spacious and comfortable sofa, and windows that flood the space with natural light. Additionally, it features a charming balcony, perfect for enjoying moments of tranquility and views of the surroundings. The apartment has a full bathroom equipped with a modern shower. The kitchen, adjacent to the living room, is fully equipped with all the necessary utensils to prepare delicious meals.
Situated in a very charming area, the apartment is located in a quiet passage next to Plaza de Santa Marta. This corner of Seville is known for its pleasant atmosphere, perfect for strolling through its charming streets or enjoying the numerous typical bars and restaurants. A few meters away is Sevilleâs main shopping area, and just a few steps further is Plaza de la EncarnaciĂłn, home to the famous Metropol Parasol, known as âLas Setasâ.
