Welcome to a charming house on Österlen near beautiful nature, golf and sea!
You will have access to the entire house including the garden and outdoor seating areas for all hours of sunshine.
The house has a total area of about 165 m2. It is a new and fresh two-story house. Directly outside, there is a wooden deck around most of the house with grilling possibilities and outdoor furniture. On the ground floor of the house are the hallway, kitchen, dining area, a living room area, laundry room, two bedrooms with double beds, and a larger bathroom.
On the upper floor, there are two more bedrooms, one of which is equipped with a double bed with height adjustment function, a TV (with DVD/Blu-ray player and HDMI cable for connection to another device, though it lacks linear TV channels), and with some views towards Lilla Vik's beautiful golf course. The other bedroom has a 120 cm bed and faces west. Between these bedrooms, there is a social area equipped with two armchairs and three large windows overlooking the neighborhood.
The dining area/kitchen is equipped with a table, various kitchen utensils, crockery, and generous work surfaces. It includes an induction hob, oven, integrated microwave, refrigerator/freezer, and dishwasher.
In the laundry room, you will have access to a washing machine and tumble dryer, along with some cleaning supplies.
Number of beds
There are a total of seven adult sleeping places distributed across four different beds in four different bedrooms.
There is an additional bedroom that is currently not equipped with a bed.
Sun
If the sun is shining, you can enjoy it on the property during all sunlight hours. In the morning, the sun shines best on the small terrace at the back of the house, then it moves westward towards the larger terrace, and in the evening, you can enjoy the sun on the front side of the house.

Available for use are two bicycles, a grill, sun loungers.
