Välkommen till vårt enrumsboende som ligger vid strandlinjen av LBJ-sjön. Det finns en båt lansering mycket nära och en dag dock för din bekvämlighet. Fastigheten erbjuder en sandstrand med tillgång till sjöar för alla dina vattenaktiviteter. Dessutom finns det 2 uppfriskande pooler på plats. Fastigheten erbjuder flera aktiviteter inklusive volleyboll och tennisbana, hästsko gropar, shufflebräda, grillgrillar och en eldgrop för att slappna av och njuta av S'mores vid slutet av dagen.

Vår enhet ligger på andra våningen (Unit 221) och har utsikt över den välskötta entrén. Den har en queen size-säng i sovrummet, en lyxig luftmadrass och en L-formad soffa. Det har också ett fullt utrustat kök med fat, glas, bestick, mixer, brödrost, kaffekanna och krukor och kokkärl. Den har en balkong som erbjuder ett bistrobord med inbyggd ishink för dina drycker. Det finns en myntstyrd tvättmaskin och torktumlare beläget i Jamaica-byggnaden (600).

A great escape

This was a perfect getaway to relax. The property was clean and the pools were not crowded and having beachfront access to the lake was perfect. Loved our stay and can't wait to plan another stay.

Great time

We had such a great time for our stay. The condo was clean and enough room for the three of us. My 8 yr old had a blast in the beach front lake and the larger pool during our stay.

Very nice, enjoyed our stay!

Enjoyed a weekend getaway to the area. Condo was very nice, just right for the two of us and our pups. Didn’t use beach or pool this time of year but would come back as it was right on the lake. We also appreciated the suggestions of things to do in the area.

Clean, nice, practical for the family

We really enjoyed our staying. The apartment has everything you need so you don't have to move, or eat out especially now with the pandemic. Spacious, clean, safe, close to the lake, HEB and Ink State Park. Just writing about it makes me wanna go back!

Great place for a get away!

My husband and I needed a change of scenery without driving a long way. This is a nice, quiet place to do that. We enjoyed walking around the property, swimming in the pool, grilling and driving around the surrounding areas. Our daughter-in-law and two grandkids joined us for part of the stay. I would definitely go back to this rental.

Very clean and a very cute place!

We were so pleased with this condo. We plan on booking again. We had the pool and lake to ourselves, literally. It was so peaceful and relaxing. Our two girls had a blast. We will be back!

Nice place to stay

Everything was as in the pictures. The only thing that I did notice was that there was no tv in the bedroom. The condo was clean and had all the kitchen essentials I needed. Nice little get away and the beach area was nice to visit. Had a good time here with my family. Just need to update the pool code. Would definitely come back to the same place to visit again!!

Great Family Gettaway

We loved it! We stayed four nights in September. Had some weather complications but, despite the weather we had a great stay. The place was so nicely decorated and super cozy. It was just a short walk down to the playground, pool and beach area at the lake. Our son, who is almost 3, loved the playground and loved the beach area. It was very convenient being able to just walk out the door and down the short path to everything. We will definitely stay here again!

Cute Condo with Great Access to Lake LBJ

My family had a quick visit to Marble Falls this summer and we were happy we had found this cute 1 bedroom condo. It was a little confusing finding the beach access part of the property, but once we did we enjoyed a dip in the water. Very cool property feature! The condo had everything we needed. I would suggest updating the chaise lounge chair in the living room - it looks ready to retire. Besides that, all was well!

Clean, spacious, and confortable

Everything very clean. Lovely, updated decor. Bed and couch super comfy. Well-stocked kitchen. Quiet top floor end unit. Sandy beach was great fun for my grandkids when they visited for the afternoon. (I would just not recommend for the advertised 6-person capacity unless you bring your own additional cots or mattresses to add to the regular bed and one blowup bed provided - there's plenty of floor space for multiple cots. Sofa will only sleep one.)

We were disappointed it wasn't close to any of the cities, everything seemed like a far drive. The property was beautiful but the bed was very uncomfortable and the tv selection was lacking. Also the dumpster was pretty far whith only a small trash can inside. Overall the stay was good just probably wont be back.

Hill Country Road/Lake Trip

We rented this property due to location and proximity to other family on the lake. It was perfect for what we needed. This unit is close to the road first set of apartments. It’s a decent walk to the beach area and larger pool. The smaller pool was closed for repairs and we did not find this out until we had already booked. These things didn’t bother us since we were Leaving each day to meet up with family on the lake. This unit is older very affordable. Decorated cute. We would stay here again but If I was vacationing at the lake for a week, I would pick something closer to the water. One of the lights in the bathroom was out when we arrived and the owner was quick to change it for us! We arrived about 20 minutes prior to check in and the owner was very nice and let us in a few minutes early!

CJ and Lisa met in Frankfurt, Germany and traveled around the world for many years before settling down in Texas. CJ was active duty Army for 10+ years. Lisa is from Illinois and CJ is from Minnesota. We have a love for water including lakes, rivers and oceans. CJ loves driving the boat and Lisa enjoys waterskiing and wake boarding. We love to go wine tasting and enjoy meeting new people.
