The apt has an unblocked view to the park and enjoys full privacy. It is bright and spacious with lots of beautiful sunlight during the day.
The Space:

Washing machine is available in the apartment for your exclusive use (a rare find in central Zurich).
We have arranged for the possibility to have in-house dining delivered to the apartment by the Cafe / Restaurant downstairs so you can eat in the comfort and privacy of the unit. Private arrangements for special occasions can also be arranged upon request. Please reach out to us for more information.
The apartment can accommodate up to 7 pax and features also a baby cot in the master bedroom.

The apartment is just round the corner from Stauffacher, and close to Zurich’s vibrant central district. Surrounded by restaurants, shops and services, this neighbourhood is safe and has plenty to offer.
With many popular restaurants just right next door (Ichizen Japanese, Mythos Greek, Molino Italian, Le Cedre Lebanese, St. Jakob Bakery & Café etc.) and a mini supermarket just one minute walk away, you are well served in the area.
For those who like to keep active, NON STOP GYM is right across the road and Hallenbad City Indoor Swimming Pool is within five minutes of the apartment, while nearby Kasernenareal Park is perfect for a lunchtime stroll.
And if you’re keen to soak up some culture, the Kantonspolizei Zürich Kriminalmuseum and Haus Konstruktiv modern art museum are all a short walk away.
Getting Around:
The apartment is centrally located, and just one tram stop away from the world famous shopping street Bahnhofstrasse. The Zurich Main Station 'Hauptbahnhof' is just one train stop away.
Other Things to Note:
Please note that the apartment is located on the 4th Floor (4OG) with no elevator.
We have priced the apartment to cater to group size of 4 which includes the use of the 2 bedrooms with double beds.
For additional guest or separate sleeping arrangements, additional charges apply as follows:

Bedroom 3:
Single bed (Sleeps 1) : CHF15/night // Sofa bed (sleeps 2): CHF25/night
If you have an early arrival in Zurich, we have the possibility for you to store your luggage in our basement storage facility (which we have rented from the landlord) for the convenience & benefit of our guests. The cost is CHF25 and you can store your luggage until 17:00 so that you can explore the city handsfree. Please understand that we are not including the storage cost into the rental and only charging guest who requires it. Some guests have written a bad review saying that storage should be included… but we do not want to pass this cost on to guests who don’t need the facility and we trust in your understanding. (If you think the storage costs is unwarranted, then please do not rent it). Please do contact us if you require storage so we can check the availability.
