Presenting a newly decorated and fully furnished 3 Bedroom house. Located close to Warwick University, Cannon Park shopping park, Canley, and Tile Hill train station. An ideal place to stay if you’re visiting the area for leisure, study, or work.

The space
The house is in a nice neighborhood outside of Coventry, peaceful and with views open to the countryside. There is off-road free parking where you can park your car safely. There is a washing machine for use. The fridge Freezer has plenty of space for the storage of your weekly shopping and more !
With 2 Superking Ziplink beds which can be used as a single superking bed or 2 separate beds as per your convenience. Extra sofa bed in living room, with large 40-inch smart TV with Netflix and high-speed WiFi

Don't stay

Truly awful, we didn't stay & checked into a hotel - Vrbo contacted immediately on arrival. Photos on website look nothing like the property. Loose, dirty carpets, exposed gripper rods everywhere, gaps in laminate flooring, loose floorboards, dirty, stained blinds, filthy skirting boards, damaged & dirty kitchen units, dirty cooker, overgrown gardens & a filthy utility room with no light & questionable security. The sofa would not seat 3 adults never mind the 6 that the property reportedly sleeps. So many issues that I can't list them all here. We were supposed to be staying here with elderly parents - 75 years old with Parkinson's Disease & 81 years old however, even without our elderly parents, we wouldn't have stayed. Whilst the host was very responsive to my contact prior to our arrival, Vrbo are now dealing with my complaint & claim but surprise surprise, the host won't respond! Check in information asks guests to remove their shoes when entering the property! I suggest wiping your feet on the way out. I have photos & video footage & will pursue a full refund with legal action if necessary. Do not stay here.
