The exterior of the property is perfect for enjoying the southern climate. The communal areas of the urbanisation are lovely, with nooks and crannies to explore and a fantastic communal chlorine pool measuring 28 x 13m and varying between 1.20m and 2m deep. In addition, there is a lawn area with parasol and outdoor shower. There are also paddle tennis courts and a playground for the little ones to have fun. The private balcony of the flat is ideal to start the day with a good breakfast enjoying the views or to spend pleasant moments at the end of the day in company.

The flat is on the ground floor and the interior of the flat is decorated in a modern and cosy style. The living-dining room is equipped with air conditioning and Smart TV and is the perfect place to linger in the evenings. The independent kitchen has a ceramic hob and is equipped with all the necessary utensils for comfortable cooking. There is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board. When it is time to sleep you will find two bedrooms, one with a double bed and en-suite bathroom with bathtub and the other with two single beds. A bathroom with shower completes your stay. If you are travelling with your baby we can provide you with a cot and a highchair.

This wonderful flat is located in an exclusive urbanisation near Mijas, a town known for its natural beauty and tranquil atmosphere. Here you can enjoy a variety of activities, from walks through beautifully landscaped natural parks and hiking trails, to visiting shops, bars and restaurants to sample the delicious local cuisine. The Butibamba beach, with its golden sand and crystal clear waters, is just over 6 kilometres away, perfect for relaxing, sunbathing, enjoying the sea and water sports such as paddle surfing, kayaking and water skiing.
