Ferry Beach House - we’re excited to present to you this stunning 3 bedroom apartment, perfectly situated in the picturesque coastal town of Broughty Ferry. Built in 1805, it is one of The Ferry’s oldest buildings. Nestled by the water, this exquisite holiday home offers a unique blend of contemporary city living and tranquil beachside charm, making it the ideal retreat. Fun fact: It was home to the original harbour master, back when Broughty Ferry was used as an international fishing port!

As you step into this beautifully designed space, you'll immediately be captivated by the vibrant and stylish interior. Newly renovated in 2023 with the environment and sustainability in mind, much of the furniture, fixtures, and fittings are recycled, upcycled, locally sourced and true to the heritage of the property.

Every room has been thoughtfully decorated with a keen eye for detail, featuring modern, vibrant colors that create a relaxing yet sophisticated atmosphere. The furniture and decor have been carefully selected to provide both comfort and style, and the artwork adds a touch of elegance and character to each space.

The apartment is split over two levels, enhancing the sense of space and privacy. On the ground floor, you'll walk into a welcoming entrance hall where there's a spacious lounge and dining area with views over the water that will be hard to beat. There's a double bedroom, WC and stylish kitchen on this floor too. The upper level consists of the master bedroom, a true sanctuary with its luxurious en suite bathroom equipped with a refreshing shower, along with another king size bedroom, dressing room with futon and family bathroom with bath and separate shower.

A short stroll will take you right to the sandy shores of Broughty Ferry beach, where you can enjoy the refreshing sea breeze and the calming sound of the waves. The new cycle and pedestrian path along the coast will take you safely from Broughty Ferry to Monifieth (stretching 2.5 miles) - a project that has only recently been completed and is seen to be a fantastic bonus to the town. It allows biodiversity, landscape enhancements and public art programmes, making the town an even better holiday destination.
