Traditional Mediterranean-style villa completely renovated in 2024 with excellent qualities and finishes typical of the area, providing an authentic, warm, and welcoming atmosphere. Located on the first sea line, at the tip of the prestigious Cap Blanc urbanisation in Moraira. Enjoys spectacular sea views, giving the sensation that the house is flying over it, being able to see both Moraira and Calpe with its Ifach Rock. A few steps away from the idyllic and uncrowded Punta Estrella cove with crystal-clear waters. You will also find several restaurants and supermarkets just 600 metres away.
The villa consists of 2 floors, the main floor has 3 bedrooms (1 of them with a double bed, Kingsize and 2 with two single beds, in one of them the two 90 beds are together), 2 bathrooms with shower, living-dining room, kitchen with island, wide porch with dining area and chill out zone. On this same floor, but outside, is the pool area with a large terrace and sunbeds overlooking the sea. In addition, the villa has cold/heat air conditioning through Mitsubishi brand ducts, as well as modern ceiling fans with remote control.
On the ground floor, access is from the outside, with its own entrance, and it consists of a spacious living-dining room with sofa, fireplace, dining table, an extra fridge, and of course, the bedroom, with a king-size double bed, of ample dimensions, and lastly a bathroom with shower.
The native garden gives the natural touch to the villa and provides several shaded areas that are appreciated in the hottest months, which you will be able to verify lying in the hammock under the pine grove looking at the sea. Regarding parking, you can leave the cars on the street next to the entrance without costs.
**Note: We want to inform our future guests that the property adjacent to the villa is currently undergoing a comprehensive renovation.
According to the municipal regulations of the locality, the permitted hours during the summer months are as follows:
From the 15th to the 31st of July: only finishing or maintenance work is allowed without generating noise or disturbances, and only between 9:30 am and 2:30 pm.
From 1st to 31st August: the execution of any type of work is prohibited.
Outside of these dates: there is no officially limited schedule, although it is recommended to avoid annoying noises and respect rest times.
In the event that any breach of these schedules is detected during their stay in the summer months, guests may contact our team, and we will take care of notifying the Local Police.
We apologise for any possible inconvenience that this situation, beyond our management, may cause, and we thank you in advance for your understanding. As always, our team will be available to assist you throughout your stay.
