Hôte sympathique, emplacement idéal pour visiter la ville. Petit bémol, le logement est en entre sol, il n'y a quasiment pas de fenêtre donc zéro luminosité, humidité, pas d'aération possible donc qualité de l'air qui devient mauvaise. La seule source d'air frais est la clim. Si vous avez des problèmes de type asthme/allergies ce n'est pas le mieux.

Leider würde ich die Wohnung nicht wieder buchen. Lage ist super keine Frage. Mitten in der Stadt. 5 min zu Fuß entfernt von der Engelsburg. Total Zentral. Leider war die Wihnung total feucht. Sie liegt eher im Kellergeschoß. Das einzige kleine Fenster geht zum innenhof raus und man sieht eine Wand. Trotz klima, habeb wir keine vernünftige Luft in die Wohnung bekommen.Das Bett ist auf einer Art Hochebene. Dort gibt es keine Sicherung oder ähnliches, also blos nicht mit Kindern buchen. Eine Drehung zu viel und man fällt in das Loch vom Aufstieg der treppe. Der Vermieter war allerdings sehr gut. Check kn problemlos mit Schlüssel box und die Mängel die wir gemeldet hatten (raus hängende Kabel, kaum Küchen Utensilien etc) wurden direkt behoben. Auf unsere Anfrage , ob wir eher auschecken können kam allerdings keine antwort. Wer nur ein platz zum schlafen sucht und nicht mehr mitten in der Stadt, für den ist es ok, ansonsten würde ich abraten.

Perfect home base

great little home base while in Rome! good location - right next to a bus stop which we used to get to & from the train station and the colosseum. the place is walking distance from all the other sightseeing destinations which was awesome. we didn't cook anything but nice to have the option!

Perfect Location

The location is absolutely perfect. It’s very close to a bus stop that goes to the train station, and is an easy walk to some of the sites like Piazza Navona, Castel Sant’Angelo, and the Vatican.The kitchen is nice, the wifi is good & the living area and bed are comfortable.The only thing I would warn about is that you have to climb a very steep ladder to get up to the loft area where the bed is. It was fine for us, as we’re in our 20s, but I could see it as a problem for older people.Also, the hot water tank is super small, so don’t take long showers, and be a quick as possible, or you will be freezing cold. We only had a real problem with it the first night, but once we figured it out, and sped through our showers, it was fine.

Le point fort de ce logement est sa situation géographique exceptionnelle. Le manque d’ouverture fait qu’il y a une odeur de poussière et d’humidité permanente.

Lola's House

Loft ladder lacks a protective railing that is a law suit or death waiting to happen. There are mosquitoes in the bath area and continuing throughout the living areas. Hot water usage appears to be timed to fewer than three minutes. In short, this is a basement flat with neighbors passing by sheer window with their pets at all hours. I don't recommend staying here, sorry.

Needs more attention to detail.

The neighborhood is very iffy to say the least, maybe sketchy might be a better word. The location is very close to the river. Very easy to get To some very nice places to eat. The listing should say that you have to climb a ladder to get to the bed, And if you are not really sure of yourself on stairs, I wouldn’t stay here. Could also use an update on the bathroom and the attention to cleanliness is a little spotty.

Location is Good, That's it

The apartment is in a great location and is pretty spacious, so it is a shame that it was not an enjoyable place to be. It was so dirty when we arrived that we spent our first morning cleaning the surfaces and floors, and still it smelled of mildew the entire time. The shower water only stays hot for about 5 minutes so you will get used to freezing showers, especially if you have two people. Stay somewhere else to actually enjoy your vacation.

Location for walking: less than 30 to train, Vatican, Forum, coliseum, Trevi, Pantheon… If you are a walker and reasonably nimble (for loft access) it is a great choice for cost.

Super Lage, leider dreckig

Die Unterkunft hat eine tolle Lage. Alles ist super zu Fuß erreichbar. Diesen Luxus bezahlt man leider mit Sauberkeit. Die Dusche schimmelt, der Boden war bei unserer Ankunft schon sehr dreckig und die Küche nur mangelhaft ausgestattet. Zum schlafen reicht es. Der Host antwortet schnell und freundlich. Check in und Check out liefen problemlos.
