Cozy Studio on the Beach

Amazing view and property

The boathouse is exactly as described and located on a quiet street with direct access to the beach. We had a great time visiting family in the area and looked forward to returning to our quiet boathouse each evening. Highly recommend!

So welcoming and comfortable

My experience at the Indianola Boathouse was amazing! The property was exactly as described (if not better), spotless, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Exceptional studio beach stay

We loved Susan’s place. Perched above her garage, beautifully decorated in nautical theme, she’s thought of every convenience a guest could need, neatly described, easy to find. Super thoughtful!! A 1 minute walk to the spit beach, located in a very scenic, bucolic, quiet neighborhood, this is a lovely space to take in the Kitsap Penisula. Highly recommend.

We enjoyed our time at the rental. The neighborhood was darling and convenient for Olympic and Victoria trips. The ocean view is very nice.

We had a great stay. The accommodations were wonderful and the beach was just a few steps away. Susan the host was very nice and attentive. We even met her cat Captain. Beautiful surroundings and close to Seattle. Highly recommend this place.
