Thoughtful property with beautiful view

Property is as pictured, with thoughtful amenities and notes for guests. Everything is laid out for guests to be self sufficient and have all needs met. Home is comfortable, clean and quiet, access to beach is easy, and communication with owner was prompt. Would stay here again, perfect property to slow down and relax.

Cozy Studio on the Beach

The Indianola Boathouse is in a beautiful location right on the beach. The place was very well stocked and the beds were super comfy!

Just right!

This is a lovely, very comfortable property in a quiet beachfront neighborhood! Susan is a welcoming host who has decorated and stocked the boathouse with care. We enjoyed being able to easily access the beach and the location was perfect for exploring around the Kitsap Peninsula. Highly recommend!

Amazing view and property

The boathouse is exactly as described and located on a quiet street with direct access to the beach. We had a great time visiting family in the area and looked forward to returning to our quiet boathouse each evening. Highly recommend!

So welcoming and comfortable

Lovely, Relaxing, Beach Retreat

This was my first time booking a stay through VRBO, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The studio apartment was immaculate, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for our nearly three-week stay. The location—just steps from the beach—was perfect and made our time there incredibly relaxing.What truly stood out was the host’s hospitality. She was incredibly accommodating, efficient, and helpful. As a first-time guest, I had a few questions early on, and she responded right away with clear and supportive guidance. Her responsiveness gave me peace of mind and made the whole stay even more enjoyable.I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a clean, well-maintained, and conveniently located place by the beach. Beautiful and clean!

Beautiful location

We had a great stay. The accommodations were wonderful and the beach was just a few steps away. Susan the host was very nice and attentive. We even met her cat Captain. Beautiful surroundings and close to Seattle. Highly recommend this place.
