House with sea views located in Cala San Francesc, Blanes, in a prestigious and picturesque area. A 40-minute drive from the French border, 26 km from the nearest airport in Girona, and 69 km from Barcelona. An ideal place for family vacations.
5-7 minutes to the beach on foot. In the cove, there is a Mediterranean cuisine restaurant. In the area, there is free and guarded parking and a closed and free sports complex only for the residents of the urbanization: 2 tennis courts, a mini football field, a playground, a large pool and a children's pool, and a cafeteria. The urbanization has its own security service that patrols the area 24 hours a day in a special vehicle.

Second floor: 1 suite-style bedroom with private bathroom, plus a family room divided into 2 areas and a bathroom
(one area with 2 single beds, the other 1 single bed).
Maximum capacity: 8â9 guests, with the option to add a baby cot upon request.
